"Ski with a Pro" Day
Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm on Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain.
Teams meet up to register and have breakfast at the Westin Resort and Spa Ballroom. After breakfast, participants will enjoy an exhilarating day of skiing or boarding with one of Whistler and Blackcomb's infamous professionals! Let our hot-shot pros guide you on an adventure around Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Fine-tune your skills to prepare for our exciting Race Classic on Saturday.
Kokanee Après
Friday, 3:00 - 4:30pm at Steeps Grill in the Roundhouse Lodge.
Participants are invited to re-cap the Ski Day with their coaches over an ice-cold Kokanee Glacier Beer and nachos. Plus prizes and stories from the day!
Whistler Winetastic!
Evening of International Wines and Cheese
Presented by the Westin Resort and Spa Whistler and Arla Foods.
Friday, 7:30 - 10:30pm at the Westin Resort and Spa, Whistler.
Sample from an extensive collection of over 150 fabulous wines and cheeses from around the world as well as fabulous hot and cold appetizers prepared by the Westin's renowned Chef Hans Stierli. Enjoy the soothing sounds of live jazz and buy a raffle ticket to win our "Instant Wine Cellar" grand prize.
Friday and Saturday ski team participants receive tickets to this event and the public can also purchase tickets for just $55. Tickets to this event sell out fast, so get your tickets early!

SAS Lift Line Priority - all day on Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains
As a team participant, this is the only day of the year that you can be fast-tracked to the front of the line on both mountains! Pick up your priority button at the Start-Gate breakfast and maximize your skiing experience.
Seattle's Best Start-Gate Breakfast
Saturday, 8:30 - 9:30am at the Westin Resort and Spa Ballroom.
Jump-start your Saturday morning with a fabulous buffet in the Westin's Emerald Ballroom featuring delicious aromatic coffee from Seattle's Best. All ski team members join up for breakfast at 8:30am and pick up their priority lift button and race package.
Race Classic
Saturday,
10:00 am - 12:00pm.
Team participants will have a blast testing their racing in this fun yet exhilarating race format. A combined team score from different race set-ups including the exciting ski bike course will determine the winner in each category. Prizes are awarded to the winning teams and fastest male and female racer at the evening Gala. 'Elements of British Columbia' Mountain-Top Gala
Saturday, 6:30pm to Midnight at the Roundhouse Lodge, Whistler Mountain.
Upload is on the Whistler Mountain Village Gondola from 6:30 pm.
The grand finale of this extraordinary weekend-long event is our spectacular mountain-top dinner, dance and auction held at the top of Whistler Mountain. This years 'Elements of British Columbia' themed gala will feature live entertainment & music, prize presentations, scrumptious buffet food stations and our famous live and silent auctions. Enjoy the ride down with a hot and delicious night-cap to warm you up. |
